As a UX writer, I design content that guides, clarifies, and creates meaningful user experiences – where every word has a purpose. I love having conversations and building relationships to generate impactful solutions.

Over the past four years at Symphony, I've led UI copy across a suite of fintech products spanning desktop, mobile, and federeration services. I've partnered with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality content, while also shaping the broader content design practice.
Previously, I've designed user journeys for service experiences and developed virtual learning platforms at USC, always grounding my work in strong narrative thinking and user needs. ​My background in Information Studies gives me a solid grasp of HCI and UI/UX design principles. My PhD dissertation examined the impact of language in news (structures, rhetoric, grammar, etc.) and inform my approach to content as a powerful design tool.
